Little girls size 5, Vibrant rainbow dress with tulle layers. Features stripes in multiple colors. I personally hand sewed the colored tulle on the dress. It’s not perfect & you can slightly see the thread up close. But it’s beautiful. Our daughter wanted to be a rainbow for Halloween one year. See pics for more details.
