Adorable Vintage /Retired Halloween Folkart vibes pumpkin figurine with a tulle skirt , party hat with trim , Holding a pumpkin pail and a black glittery bat. This piece is marked made in the Philippines. I believe this is either Bethany Lowe or Michelle Allen. It is a rare and retired piece, no longer in production. Minor callouts include some slight cracking on the base which does not affect the way it sits and is not visible when sitting. Also a slight bend in one of the bat wings.
