Halloween Dog Collar with Jack-o'-Lanterns and Bats (Medium)

A Halloween-themed dog collar with orange jack-o'-lanterns, black bats, and small black stars against a white background, along with a silver stainless steel buckle and leash ring. Measures 3/4in wide with a length ranging from approx. 12.5in to 20.5in long. Was originally a personalized collar ordered on Etsy, but is the wrong size. Was able to remove the inked-on personalization of my dog's name and phone number from the buckle with a paint stripper, so now it's just a blank collar ready to be used by another. **It is NWOT, but the paint stripper did mar the surface of stainless steel buckle a little bit (see photos)**
