Halloween Costume? Black Ruffles

Heavily flawed black ruffled dress. this could make a great Halloween costume but please note that the fabric is scratchy and has holes. I believe the holes came from me trying to wash this because it definitely did not smell good. I believe this came out of somebody's basement and it still does smell that way so maybe perfect for Halloween?
