Is the base made of wood or plastic? I'm wondering how heavy an ornament it will hold without tipping over. Thank you.

@meteague0570 I think it is a heavy plastic or resin. I added a few pics to the post with ornaments hanging on it. The snowman with the black top hat is really heavy. It didn’t tip over, but the wire was definitely weighted down with that one on it.
