Hallmark Ornament 1999 AMERICAN SPIRIT COLLECTION Connecticut State Quarter. This new, unopened item is in excellent condition. Please note that the ornament (and quarter) are silver in color. The plastic "window" has yellowed with age. T he box has its original price tab attached. There is a tear along the window on the left side, a crease at the top center of the package front, some wear along the flaps, and some weird spots on the barcode label. The box is still sound and will provide protection during shipping and storage.
