Selling a Hallmark Lot of 2 Jumbo Greeting "Congrats" Yard Signs. The signs measure 15.75" (h) x 10.75 (w), they're weather resistant, and read "Congrats" on the front, and "So Happy For You!" on the back. One of the packages is missing the hallmark tag (shown in the pictures), but the sign and stake are new/unused!
