Hallmark Channel Mug w/ Rainbow Handle

Pre-owned but in good condition. There are several marks on the outside and one mark on the inside from previous use (see photos). The asking price reflects these marks. No chips or cracks noticed. White exterior with bright blue interior. Handle looks like a rainbow.
