Cat in the Hat Hallmark Christmas Ornament. This collector's ornament from 1999 features Dr. Seuss' Cat in the Hat, balancing on a ball. It comes with a separate piece, which is the fish in the teacup. It is new, in the box! It measures approximately 4 7/8" tall x 2 3/4" wide. The teapot and fish are 1" wide x 3/4" tall.
