Their mission is to employ individuals who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness, helping them gain job experience and a path toward stable housing. The process involves employees engraving inspirational words like "Hope," "Dream," and "Believe" onto keys, which are then made into jewelry such as necklaces, earrings and bracelets.
