Halara Plunge Neckline Ruffle Trim Dress size XL NWT

This is such a pretty & soft dress! It is a pullover and has an elastic waistband. There is a front & back tie on the waistband. The dress has removable cups. There is a ruffle around the bottom. The sleeves have a small ruffle and the inside of the sleeves have a small silicone strip to help keep in place. The inside is lined and it has side pockets. Armpit to armpit is 21 inches, the waist lying flat is 17 inches and stretches to 22 inches. The length is 49 inches.
