Soft shorts with an inner short- biker short on the inside with an out loose short on the exterior. Made by Halara in size 1X or size 16 and a 4” inseam. Please see pics for manufacturer measurements. These are super soft s d come with a pocket in the back waist that will fit a phone & another pocket on one side built into the biker short. When on they sometimes look like a skirt. New without tags - they will come in the original plastic bag but the bag has the wrong size.
