Haggar men’s velvet corduory pants

Gently used. No size tag inside. When laid flat these pants measure about 19 inches across the waist, 42 inches from waist to end of leg, and about 30.5 inches in the inseam. Please let me know if I put the incorrect size based on these measurements. Feel free to make offers
