NWOT! Bought this but never got around to wearing it. Very cute dress by HYFVE dress size small. Looks tiny but the smocking bodice gives it stretch. Would fit an xs body frame and a small 4. Short puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, front tie knot with a key hole, ruffle hem skirt. Pull over style. Front length about 29” across bust 9 1/2”. Material: 55% cotton 45% polyester. Care: hand wash cold. Not lined. Gingham print.
