I bought this many years ago in Casablanca. I was drawn to the iridescent look of this, but I never found a place to use this one. It’s approximated 78” wide and 112” long. It’s sturdy enough to use a rug if you wanted to. I bought a few when I got this and the ones I did use, I used as a throw at the foot of the bed. Such a unique piece. Sorry, I have no where to lay it out all the way. D

sepian Beautiful! Any idea what it’s made of? Silk? Cotton? Wool? How heavy: thick is it?

rmbrand @sepian thank you. My guess is a blend of silk and wool. Probably cotton. It looks like the shiny parts are raw silk. I’ll take a picture of the thickness soon, it’s not too thick. I used the other one I bought on my bed, folded up and draped at foot. But I think it’s supposed to be a rug. But there could have been some translation barriers on my part.
