HTF Vtg Christian Dior Brown Leather Flap Chain Strap CD Logo 2-Way Shoulder Bag DETAILS: Authentic vintage Christian Dior brown leather chain strap 2-way shoulder/ clutch bag. Front flap snap button closure with gold metal CD logo on the front, open leather interior (no pockets) and gold chain shoulder strap. Bag measures 5.5”H x 9”W x 2”D (max when stuffed). Strap drop is 14” long. This bag pre-dates serial numbers due to it age. I estimate its from the early to late 80's era. Interior is heat stamped "Christian Dior Made in France." There is also a label from the store it was sold in France. It Reads "R Bagot Maroquinier" GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC. ITEM CONDITION: Good vintage preowned condition with no major signs of wear/use. Leather has minor scratches and minor fading along the edges. Interior is clean with no stains or storage odors. Chain strap and front CD logo have minor tarnish but are still mostly gold in color. There is a crease along the bottom of the bag from being stored without stuffing. This bag was purchased preowned, and the snap closure wasn't functioning as it should/it was stuck. I had the button closure hardware lubricated to free the springs inside so it would snap closed. Some of the lubrication seeped onto the leather around the snap as shown in photos. It can't be seen when the bag is closed. Closure is functional but still a bit finicky. See video. Bag appears to have been seldom used and stored most of its life. Ask questions before purchasing.
