dosfridas @deenanelson hi Deena, the 20 1/2" is the measurement from armpit to armpit of the front of the shirt laying flat, so 41" is all around. These pieces are not assigned sizes and depending on what kind of fit you like, they tend to run a bit bigger. Hope this helps! Don't hesitate to ask more questions. ☀️🌵
