ems515@agneselenac hi, sure, the flat measurement for bust is about 16 inches across and the length from top of shoulder to bottom hem is about 23.5 inches. Let me know if you want any other measurements. Iโ€™m a size 0-2 as well and it fit me well (at least I thought so!! You can see yourself in the last pic). Itโ€™s not really stretchy material (silk). Iโ€™ll tag you in the skirt listing so you can see the skirt too.
