Custom made by an haute South American fashion designer. Suede is highest quality, butter soft to the touch. Pads on shoulders. Some fringes have some spots on the inner side, caused by storage since I don't wear it any longer. It has no tag size since it was custom made, so I'd say it fits like an M. Gorgeous condition. No damage besides spots on some fringes in the back. Breathless piece and custom made MAKE ME AN OFFER 
