@pasia1 I redid the second photo with me wearing the dress. I wear a 40C so we are very close. It is not tight in that area. There is still room because it measures 41" in that area. I used a tape measure. The dress falls on all your curves, but in a comfortable and attractive way. Any other questions? I can reply right now. 😊

@pasia1 If this helps, my bra size is really smaller than my actual bust size. I am closer to 42. But since I am in between, the 40C fits better than a 42C. In short, my bust size sounds extremely close to yours and my second pic shows the dress is not tight around that area on me. It even fits a little loose.
