NWT. Size XS. The sequins are rectangular and stitched on only one end so that they hang, sort of giving the skirt a flapper girl style. The outer layer is mesh lined entirely by sequins with an inner nylon lining. The color is steel gray and the sequins are a bit more matte than appears in the first photo.
