I decided to post this after receiving an unjust 4⭐️ review. I’ve received over 200 reviews. All but 2 have been 5⭐️. The 2 that were 4⭐️ were because I wouldn’t lower my price as much as they wanted OR they didn’t read the description. PLEASE BE FAIR! Rate your purchases appropriately and as soon as you receive them. I work hard to be an exceptional seller and I price my items extremely low. Many thanks to all my purchasers who have been honest, appreciative and respectful in their ratings.

nancyp2222 I Understand. I Too Revieved My First 4 Star Recently. I Msg Buyer What I Could Do To Satisfy Her? Was Msg Back Nothing She is Satisfied With Item. Not Mentioning The Review To Her BC Believing To Treat Customer Always W Respect. I Take Pride in All I Do My Closet Is Mostly Preowned Items. All Preowned items Are Inspected, Cleaned Photographed Then Stored In Plastic

nancyp2222 Once Sold They Are Inspected One Last Time.I do choose to wrap again in tissue N pllastic W a note and small token (usually recycled) But I Do Not Expect That When I Purchase and Do Not Reduce My Recieved BC It's Not Done. I'm Not Perfect No One Is.

nancyp2222 I Feel Unless There is A Major Issue Ruidness, Dirty, Damaged That is Not Addresses In Ad. If Not Satisfied Then Buyers Should Report To Posh And Return If Eligible Thru The Posh Process.

I was new to posh N This person was sooo friendly.I Orginally gave her a 5 star loved all other items but included in review she agreed to mail the item left out but a certian date

nancyp2222 Well She Did Not. Had An Excuse. So There was other things I wanted and said to put it in my second order. suggested she cover half the shipping. She agreed did not offer to pay full shipping (BTW it was a very small $10-$15 item.) I made sure to ask her to include the item In bundle. she she added it to another item and increased the others ads price my $3.

nancyp2222 I thought she thought that was her part of shipping?? tried to explain and made bundle offer to reflect $3 less Bc if that and another 3 to cover her 1/2 of shipping. She immediatly decline that offer. Seems angry with me saying she gave me a good deal first time. conplained about posh comission. So Bc I feel she just did not understand.

I was maybe ordering 5 items extra jewelry and clothes. I was not going to be petty over This. Well Next day that Posh Confirmed order was cancelled by seller and I was Blocked by her.

Posh informed me that bc I accepted first package and did not report within the window you get once receiving package.

nancyp2222 Even If there was mgs proof in chats. I found out from Posh that less than 4 star comments are not posted in love noted for public view just the 4 star is averaged in. Only 5 star reviews w a negative comment can be seen in the love note section. There is no Sellers Appeal for Unfair, Unconstructive review. I Hope That That Maybe Is Changed In Future.

nancyp2222 Sorry For Too Many Comments I hope your post n any comments helps others feeling the same. I hope you by now have gotten past the sense of unfairness or frustration. My Favorite Saying. You Can Not Please ALL The People All The Time. You Can Only Please Most Of The People Most Of The Time. At 54 I have been thru a lot. I still feel that most people are good n fair. It's only a few that can never can be pleased no matter. We all can not let the few take away our JOY.

nancyp2222 @z_ladybug also posh is not set up to refund one item in a bundle. I Purchased a large bundle from a nice seller all boutique new items but a pair of embroderied fabric boots she's had one heal the embroidery was pulled and the bottom edge was not secured under the hear. was hard to photogragh I new I could not fix it id have to pay a shoe repair person too much to fix.

nancyp2222 I did not want to accept package even though she said she would credit me the percentage of bundle I paid on shoes. It took Posh a week to go to finally offer me partial credit on boots. I was to keep Everthing. I had already wore other things and could not return entire bundle. The seller never was notified but eventually was paid the full amount minus only posh fee.I

sweet1957 Great post. I too have had a 4 star rating because the color yellow wasn’t the right yellow. We all know there are many shades of yellow and not my fault. I try very hard to show the true color in my pics. But have also had VERY satisfied buyers.
