I called usps number twice last week & left message. Still no response. I emailed the victory service email and requested package order twice will all required info supplied. Now it’s next week and I haven’t heard a thing from them either. USPS website says your local post office DOESNT stock, as I found out on my last two trips there last week and this. Is your write up for real or just propaganda

@terri_clarke hi. Those are my actual boxes I received. I got 100s. I called the morning after the announcement. Maybe they are overwhelmed with orders but I have heard others say they got theirs also. Don’t give up! I had to call like ten times in a row to get a live person. It’s likely they are working through the emails but can’t handle the volume yet. Not all locations carry the boxes so I wouldn’t try to get them by going in person unless you have time to find one that has them.

@terri_clarke yes sometimes it forces you to the voicemail. Sometimes it hangs up on you lol. I just kept trying and then someone picked up. I was like yes!!! 😂. I added a video. The boxes take up more space than the priority ones. I feel sorry for my mail lady. They all came at once !

This is BS. Not you. I emailed multiple times. Weeks later still nothing. Called usps number and they don’t know what I’m talking about. Guy at the pot office is clueless.

@lottashoes Hi yes I heard some locations don’t know about it some have given people boxes but it wasn’t meant for us to call actual post office locations or to go into local offices to get them (although some people were successful) these boxes are for Poshmark users so local stores most likely won’t know about it. I would keep trying to call. Ask them to ask their supervisor; by now the managers know about this. The lady I finally got at that number said she’s been taking those calls all day!

It's impossible to order or talk with an agent you can hold forever and leave a message with no return call. Also ground advantage takes 6 to 7 days from date of purchase to receive an item. Very slow delivery. Not happy with Ground Advantage shipping.!

@myresale you’re right! You gotta keep trying the number. It’s quirky. Like every time I called I got a different outcome then when you get lucky you get a live person. Then you should be all set. That’s why I ordered a large qty. I don’t wanna deal with that again! I hope you get through. Try different times of the day and multiple times back to back. I did back to back calls one morning and got lucky

@nannie1papa2 did you do it via e. Mail or did you speak to a live representative? When you talk to them live to place an order they make you create a usps account to identify you. Then they place your order and you should receive a confirmation email. Your order also produces tracking numbers once shipped which can be tracked when you go in to your USPS informed delivery account. I hope that helps. If you didn’t talk to a live person I would keep trying
