ohship1 @nschalte You’re welcome! I hate all these scammers! My cousin and I got scammed a few months ago. We were able to recover our money but I’ve heard of many others who weren’t lucky.

ohship1 @nschalte oh, maybe I’m in that group. I’m in a few Dooney groups on fb. Yeah, I’ve been reporting these scammers but Posh is too slow taking them down.

torresdgt I have noticed the fake Dooney and Bourke’s being sold here on Poshmark . I got taken already once waiting on Poshmark to verify that it is a fake to get my money back. It looked authentic until I got it home. The material was awful. The smell a dead give away. Unfortunately two things you can’t tell determine by photos. Ask questions and if it doesn’t feel right don’t buy it! Move on. Lesson learned.

cherryblast @nschalte great idea. I’ve been with posh almost since it started. I’ve tried telling ppl these exact things for years. I get ignored and ppl get scammed. I’m so grateful, I’ve never been scammed! (And I trade!)

dzoobaby @torresdgt tons of fake Dooney’s on here. I can pick out the classic AWL fakes pretty well but not as much on the newer bags. There are several good YouTube videos that show how to tell fake AWL’s. One woman has a tutorial and she cuts up a fake bag to show its construction and how to tell the fakes from the real. I think that a lot of times the seller may not know that the bag is fake but there are plenty of people who know they are scamming and just don’t care. Sad.
