HOUSE OF HARLOW 1960 FLORAL PEACH MAXI DRESS RUFFLED TIERED METALLIC SIZE S New. Very pretty house of Harlow maxi dress with a gold shimmer accent to the fabric. I bought it new and never wore it. It’s missing two buttons at the top I never got around to replacing. There is an extra button on interior tag and bottom button on dress could easily be moved up for a quick fix. I’m willing to negotiate a fair price because of this flaw. Otherwise excellent new condition. Measurements are in pictures. I appreciate your business and strive for a five star rating.
