This dress is in good condition with normal signs of wear. It does have one little spot on the back that I have shown in the photos. The body and lining is 100% polyester and it is machine washable. It has an elastic waist and one little spot on the waist is coming unstitched. I have shown this in the photos. I am not a seamstress at all but I do know that this is such a small area that it can be mended. It does have one little button at the top back. It does have lace on the top of the sleeve area. This is such a cute little dress for the summer months and looks great with a jean jacket or other jacket and can be worn in the winter months in the office or a night on the town.
