This coat is in good condition with normal signs of wear. It is freshly washed after being in storage. It does have lines on it but not sure if that is from being folded and put in storage for so long. I have shown them in the photos. It is a button front with two front pockets. It does have a pleat in the back on the bottom and buttons on the waist area. Great looking coat for a casual night out or for the office with a dress. Pit to pit is 18 1/2 inches Length is 30 inches
