This top is accented on the shoulders by two gold zippers. It has a black shell top that goes under the outer top which is a thin material. The outer shell has gold thread running thru it. Just a little accent in the deep black material. It has a straight hem to wear outside your pants. It does sit on top of shoulder which makes the collar a cowl neck. Machine wash cold/dry low 64% Polyester 25% Rayon 11% Nylon /Shell 95% Polyester 5% Spandex

@shop1_aholic Sorry I had to find it. The length from back of neck to hem is 22 inches and the bust from arm pit to arm pit laying flat is 20 inches. Thank youπ
