khehman @crazycats1 what is length shoulder to bottom? Is the skirt part flowy?

crazycats1 @khehman the skirt part is a bit lower in back. Shoulder to front hem is about 36", and 38.5" in the back. It's relatively flowy since it isn't a stiff material, but now as flowy as something like a sundress. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. 🙂
