Rare taffeta skirt with 21 pleats, side zipper with double hook closure, Ellen Tracy label. This is real taffeta, which you don't see too often anymore. Skirt is well made with smooth working zipper, lined, and a full skirt. Thick, high quality taffeta. Size petite 9/10. Approximate measurements are: length 21.5 inches from waistband to hem, waist 22 inches. Skirt has 2 inch hem so you could let it down for a longer skirt. Also, with all those pleats you could have it made larger by a tailor or seamstress. Lots of fabric to work with. This skirt is in very good condition, especially considering its age.
