Such a beautiful dress, worn only once for a beach reception. I removed the tag because you could see it through the dress, the dress is sheer so it needs a slip underneath. There are a few pulls in the fabric shown in the last photo. No trades!

@nomchompsky because of the sleeves in this dress it's pretty hard to measure- the elastic waist lying flat is approx. 13" but can be stretched to approx 23".
