HORSE HEAD Genuine Mother Of PEARL Hand Painted on Outside of SHELL On 18K GOLD

This Mother of Pearl hand painted horse head pendant on a 18K Gold multi strands chain (see pics) was given to me by late hubby, I never removed it from package, it was too beautiful to wear so only hung by my mirror.  Length is 20" with 2" extender. I believe it has a lobster clasp, but not 100% sure. The tag states it's genuine MOP which stand for Mother of Pearl Also states 18K Gold Plated for the necklace strands. Made by American Jewelry Co. Iridescent, which is the hard Iridescent substance that lines the inner shell of certain mollusks such as oysters and abalone.  The "genuine" part means it's natural and not imitation material.
