This is handmade and one of a kind! I bought it from a senior crafts event at my neighborhood church. The woman who crafted it is retired and takes great joy in making whimsical wearable pieces for fun occasions. Cute elf doll holding a hanging sign that says Merry Christmas. You tie it around your head with the attached ribbon to secure. You can also wrap the ribbon around a headband. It is listed for the price I paid. I don’t mind taking a small loss for this little hat to find a happy home. 😊😊
