This is handmade and one of a kind! I bought it from a senior crafts event at my neighborhood church. The woman who crafted it is retired and takes great joy in making whimsical wearable pieces for fun occasions. You tie it around your head with the attached ribbon to secure. You can also wrap the ribbon around a headband. Perfect accessory for a silly Xmas party or ugly sweater get-together. 😋 It is listed for the price I paid. I don’t mind taking a small loss for this little hat to find a happy home. 😊😊
