HOBO Wristlet rainbow metallic floral leather wallet clutch

Great HOBO wristlet wallet. Plenty of room to hold a cell phone. Zipper top with room for credit cards and a zip pocket for money. This was most likely a store return as the original HOBO tags has been removed. The snap closure works fine however there is some plastic like substance around the snap. Please look at the pictures.
