tamyra87c @nikiasj1 Hello! They are! I laid them flat and they are measuring 14 inches across? The tag says 92 percent polyester, 8 percent elastane. I hope that answers your question!

tamyra87c @nikiasj1 It’s taut, otherwise I would have kept them 😂. They are not uncomfortably stiff but the waist band is not stretchy.

tamyra87c @nikiasj1 I had my husband hold them out this time. I would say it’s about 14 and a quarter to 14 and a half. Shape wear may cinch you in ☺️.
