H&M super soft high low blue skirt LAST CHANCE

Going to donate if it doesn’t sell. This skirt is so soft, feels like velvet but machine washable. Color is between royal blue & navy. High low skirt, tiered, has pockets and belt loops. No stains and in great condition. Size 6. 95% cotton 5% spandex.
