H&M square neck top

Cute, square neck, barely worn H&M blouse. Slight peplum style bottom under the waist. Looks a little big on me. I tend to wear a XS; it’s a S! Bust is 16” flat across, waist is 14.5.” The shoulders have elastic…can be worn up like the photo or wider off the shoulders!
