H&M polka dots top, sz 14

This H&M top is size 14. It has flutter sleeves and a decorative tie in the front. The shell is polyester and the lining is nylon. There is a tiny spot of fraying on one end of the tie, as pictured. It could be stopped from fraying further with a dab of clear nail polish. Smoke-free home.
