H&M polka dot mini dress with tulle overlay

The perfect funky party dress! When I tried this on for the pic, I almost decided to keep it, that's how cute it is! This dress has a modern polka dot print with a synched waste and tulle overlay covering the entire thing. I feel like an urban ballerina when I put it on! (Lol). I am 5'8" and the underneath layer is very short on me, but the tulle disguises that nicely. Never been worn.
