H&M pelican print skater dress

I don’t remember when I bought this dress...I’ve had it a crazy long time, and in spite of it being from H&M it’s held up really well. Never had issues with the zipper, and I was able to make it work through a wide range of sizes. Sadly I can’t make it work anymore, and this dress deserves to be worn! Perfect circle skirt, ready for twirling. Measurements taken flat: Bust is 21 inches Waist is 17 inches Hips are pretty open Length from shoulder to hem is 34 inches
