H&M navy and black midi dress

Navy and Black fitted semi formal midi dress - super chic and slimming - h&m size 4 is more like an XS kind of fit - beautiful detailing at the bottom - meant to hit midi length - new with tags never been worn! I only recently could part with it bc I kept meaning to wear it..just never grabbed for it.
