1.) New with tags attached by "H&M, called "multi flounce trimmed dress" 2.) Sz. XS, measurements are from pit to pit, 13.5 in. the length is 47in. long, and the slit is 15in. long. 3.) description: ruffling effect throughout dress, adjustable shoulder straps, made out of white metal, rounded almost a v neckline, soft to touch, not lined, it's a little bit sheer, the colors are of light yellow floral with hints, of lavender, white,green,mustard yellow. 🌻
