Fully lined with two functional pockets (!) and a back vent. No front closure. Some small snags due to the nature of the fabric - largest one is underneath the left side pocket, but overall in very good condition. Gathered / ruched sleeves so you don't need to roll them up, also makes this blazer look a little more casual but you can dress up or down. Fabric looks like linen but it's viscose polyester blend. Same nubby / textured appearance of linen.
