H&M h & m red satin dress vintage style XS (H5)

Vintage inspired dress from H&M. Bright, true red satin with a subtle snakeskin design woven in. Machine washable rayon. Pops on over the head, with surplice bust. Tagged as a 0, fits XS to S. I feel like this could use a belt... none included, but it's much more flattering when belted. The sleeves are great and have a classy French cuff. Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have at home that fits well. No stretch or closure, leave room to shimmy-into.
