H&M divided black fringe mini skirt

H&M Divided high waisted black Fringe mini skirt. I would be keeping this if it still fit! Only worn twice. Size 2 (runs small). 92% polyester, 8% elastane. No blemishes and in perfect condition! This looks so great with a black leather jacket and heels or wear it down with sneakers and a tee !
