H&M cullotte Jean with raw hem

The only pair of h&M jeans I’ve ever purchased because the quality was so good. I wore these maybe twice. They do have some stretch, I can’t find the fabric co tent in the tag, but my guess is 8-10% Waist 15” Rise 12” Length 26” Leg opening 10.5”
