H&M cargo skirt, Size 8

Brand new with tags! H&M army green cargo skirt in Lyocel fabric -it’s kind of like a rayon feel. Very soft and has a nice movement to it. It’s a Size 8 but H&M bottoms seem to run small. I’m a size 6/8 and this is a little snug on my waist. (I’m 29” around) so if your even a 28.5 it would be comfortable. Really cute skirt! I bought on sale so just looking to recoup some of my cost.
