H&M black empire waist peacoat

Black peacoat with empire waist from Divided by H&M. Some ruffles in the front and back to create the flare-out, empire waist style. Great to wear with a puffy dress, but I usually wore it with jeans because its shape is feminine and cute. 53% wool, fully lined and very comfortable. 31" waist 29.5" long Purchased in Japan. Tag says size 2 but feels like size 0. Worn, but in good condition. Selling because I don't fit in it anymore. From a smoke-free home. Open to offers!
