the color is a mint green. a very light green color. the left shoulder has a tie to adjust to your comfort. the right shoulder has the dress. the neckline is a slant line. this dress has 2 layers of sheer like material. the top portion as 2 tiers, and the bottom part has 2 tiers. the top layers overlap at the waistline. the waistline is hidden behind the material. there is a matching colored underline slip. no elastic at the waistline, so there is no wiggle room. the neckline all around has this soft rubber lining to help keep the dress in place around the chest area. please note this is a mini style dress that can be slightly adjusted in length with the tie said, but it will be short overall. the material has that lined/slight wrinkle look all over. the material being light and sheer, I did find a couple of tiny pulls in the material. it isn't going to tske away from the dress and they are hard to find in the folds of the tiers of the material. found no other issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in picture reel. measurements laying flat with no stretch.
